Founded in 1989, Classic Builders Inc. is a family-owned business that has led the custom home building industry in Chicago’s northwest suburbs for over 30 years, winning multiple awards over the decades (namely the Key Award given by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago).

Run by Rosa and Dave Judycki—Construction Engineer & Certified Pella Contractor—together they have over 6 decades of experience in renovation and custom home building, tackling projects from kitchen renovations to sprawling custom homes up to 16 ,000 sf.
